Dr. Serxner is a graduate of Georgetown Dental School, specially trained at USC and has a masters in Public Health from UCLA.  Dr. Serxner is also a fellow member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.  Dr. Serxner is extensively involved in community events.  Emergencies and Saturday appointments are available.  We are state licensed and fully insured.
